My Story

I am Catherine Underwood, a woman who has walked through life with a deep passion for service, a heart for healing, and a bold vision to inspire others.

My journey began in caregiving at the young age of 20, where I witnessed both the beauty and the heartbreak of caring for those who could no longer care for themselves. I made a vow to become a voice for the vulnerable and to use my life as a living testimony of faith, hope, and love.

Through the years, God has guided my steps — from launching businesses that serve others, to writing my book Diaries of a Scared Little Girl: Silence Is Not an Option, to founding movements that empower and protect.

 

What I Do

 

Today, I lead with faith and purpose in everything I do:

  • Mirror Warrior™ – A faith-based movement and brand that reminds us to see ourselves the way God sees us and to reflect His love into the world.

  • GIVE ME A SEC – A senior placement agency built on Sympathy, Empathy, and Compassion, connecting families with safe, loving care for their loved ones.

  • Author & Speaker – Sharing my personal journey, faith messages, and advocacy for the elderly, young girls, and those silenced by fear or trauma.

 

My Mission

 

To eradicate elder abuse and neglect, inspire people to live from a place of love and strength, and encourage others to step into their God-given identity.
